Qualifications and Skills:

To be qualified for this position, candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Accounting (Bachelor's Degree preferred); however, work experience may be substituted for a degree. Successful candidates will be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic, and a dedication to delivering results. Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Would consider experience in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures, and general financial and cost accounting. Mastery of balance sheets and balance sheet reconciliations. Familiarity with managing intercompany accounts and consolidation from multiple legal entities. Experience coordinating audit activities and managing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes. Retail Accounting. Experience with software conversion and implementation a plus! Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects independently and autonomously. Consistently accurate and on time with execution of tasks. Willingness to perform tasks in adjacent areas even when not directly related to job function. Possesses interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with QuickBooks, iRely, and AgVantage software systems is a plus. IND002

$89,891.65 - $108,256.61 per year
