Controller:
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable, receivable backup, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Handle inventory accounting, fixed assets, and reporting analysis
- Prepare tax filings (sales/use, fuel taxes) and annual 1099s
- Support audit preparation and financial reporting activities Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Strong general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation expertise
- Experience with full-cycle accounting and close processes
- Background in audit support, financial reporting, or multi-entity environments
