Key responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close activities. Prepare and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements. Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience leading accounting operations and managing financial systems.
