Compensation:

Base salary: $120,000 + demo allowance Bonus opportunity available

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (GAAP compliant) Oversee accounting operations, including month-end close and cash flow management Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and financial strategy Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manufacturer requirements Implement and maintain internal controls Provide financial insights to support sales, service, and parts departments Lead and develop the accounting staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting preferred 5+ years dealership controller experience (Reynolds preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and automotive accounting Proven leadership and financial analysis skills Advanced Excel proficiency Experience with Ford (required); multi-brand experience a plus
