Tier 1 (quarterly): rewards company sustainability — approximately 4% of base for Leaders at on-target performance Tier 2 (annual): rewards hitting budgeted growth targets — brings total structured incentive to approximately 12% of base Business Unit Kicker (annual): rewards above-budget performance — up to an additional 30% of base for Leaders when business units outperform their plans In the 3PL industry, most employees see little to no structured incentive opportunity.
