Role:
Serves as the financial leader for CIS, overseeing all local accounting operations Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) Maintains strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and organizational policies Supports operational leadership with financial guidance and strategic insight Plays a key role in audits, regulatory compliance, and overall financial integrity
How You'll Drive Our Mission Forward:
Lead core accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger Oversee and execute the month-end close process in alignment with reporting timelines Provide financial analysis on performance, budgets, and trends to guide decision-making Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency Advise leadership on financial strategies and accounting matters Mentor, train, and develop accounting staff to build a strong, effective team What Makes You a
Great Match:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with multi-location financial reporting Proficiency in ERP systems, ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. CIS utilizes NetSuite as its GL and AP ERP system and UKG as its Payroll ERP system Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
