Job Description
We are searching for a mid-level associate to join our Debt Financing group in our Boston or New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct experience in structuring and negotiating commercial loan facilities and other secured transactions. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorney who is excited about working with clients in the startup and venture capital ecosystem. Your practice at Gunderson will involve counseling both venture-backed and public companies in all aspects of debt financing and secured transactions. You will have significant client contact, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds.
