Job Description

Assistant Controller | Burlington, MA | Hybrid $130-150K base + bonus Our client, a growing company in the Burlington area is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team in a highly visible, hands-on accounting role reporting directly to Finance leadership.
Responsibilities Include :
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee reconciliations Support AP, AR, invoicing, and cash management processes Assist with inventory analysis and operational accounting activities Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and reporting Support ERP/system enhancements and process improvement initiatives Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications Include:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience in an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller capacity preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes Hands-on accounting background with willingness to operate in the details Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.
