Our Financial Controller will work with management in the financial activities within this 100+ plus, open book management, employee organization. This individual will be supervised under the CFO.

Tasks:

• Review all invoices for accuracy, and export to Sage 300
• Oversee the offsite data entry vendor work flow
• Weekly Check runs and ACH payments
• Reconciling bank accounts in the organization
• Be involved in current & future budgeting sessions
• Provide reports to management as requested
• Work in process reviews and entries as required

Other High-level Tasks:

• Analyzing costs of current and past jobs to help develop future estimating costs
• Analyze costs of current projects to help predict cashflow, and address deficiencies.
• Track financial positions through work in progress reports of multiple construction projects to help assure projects stay on budget.
• Help identify inefficiencies and assist to take steps to mitigate them.

We use Sage 300 Timberline with Paperless software, so experience in both a must. Looking for a flexible, team player who is willing to help anywhere as needed to help the business move forward.

Education:

4-year college degree

Experience:

Subcontractor or construction accounting experience is required.

Construction:

5 years (Preferred)

Accounting/Bookkeeping:

10 years (Preferred) Experience with Sage/Timberline 300 & Sage Paperless Construction (Preferred)
