Position Summary The Controller oversees all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, effective cost controls, and support of strategic business initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting team, including general and cost accounting functions Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and regulatory requirements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Coordinate internal and external audits Support capital expenditure analysis, business planning, and long-term forecasting Maintain banking relationships, covenant reporting, and insurance oversight Oversee AP, AR, payroll, GL, BOM/routing, and credit/collections Support acquisitions, divestitures, and special financial projects Partner cross-functionally to support production, delivery, and company goals

Requirements Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge Manufacturing and cost accounting experiencePreferred:
