We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Controller to lead accounting and finance operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-on leadership skills, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, and Cost Accounting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Drive cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance Partner with Operations and Leadership to improve profitability and performance Support capital planning, long-range forecasting, and strategic initiatives Manage banking relationships, debt covenants, and insurance programs Coordinate internal and external audits Support acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects as needed

Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Manufacturing and cost accounting experience 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Prior Controller or accounting leadership experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities If you meet the minimum qualifications and would like to learn more, please email your resume to abby.harpp@roberthalf and reference
