To Apply for this Job Click Here Interim Controller - Norwood, MA Our client, an established organization in the healthcare services sector, is seeking an Interim Controller to oversee core accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will lead a small team, maintain financial controls, and support reporting and compliance efforts while partnering with executive leadership. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for leadership Supervise and guide a small accounting team Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors Support compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions Manage consolidated reporting across entities and improve reporting processes Qualifications 7+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills required Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage) preferred Healthcare or related industry experience preferred
