Confidential Industrial Company Overview A growing industrial company is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting. This role will partner closely with leadership and play a central role in maintaining strong financial discipline and supporting operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly close and financial reporting Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls Own cost accounting (standard costing, inventory, margin analysis) Oversee payroll, AR, and AP functions Partner with operations on cost visibility and performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate audit and manage external auditors Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing / cost accounting experience required Strong ERP experience (systems, reporting, process improvement) Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
