Controller

Controller We are seeking a Controller for a stable medical device manufacturer.

In this role, you will own our accounting and management information functions end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with department leaders to build processes, lead system integrations, and provide the financial insights needed to drive the business forward.

$120,000 - $140,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

MastersResponsibilities

• Manage daily AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and general ledger functions.
• Lead month-end close and prepare standard financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Use the ERP system (Expandable/Crystal Reports) and Excel to create budget variance and management reports.
• Analyze manufacturing costs (labor, material, overhead) and margins, and oversee inventory cycle counting.
• Partner with the

CEO & COO

on strategic decisions, lead annual budgeting, and supervise a two-person accounting team.

• Oversee benefits administration, HR functions, business/health insurance, and IT coordination.
