Job Description

OCEAN PINES ASSOCIATION ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for process improvement, have an extensive range of senior-level accounting experience, and are searching for a fantastic work environment, then Ocean Pines Association would like to invite you to apply for the position of Assistant Controller. In this position, you will work under the general direction of the Sr. Director of Finance to manage the accounting function through the maintenance and enhancement of the Association's accounting information systems, ensuring adequate financial controls are in place. The position will also be closely involved with budget development, and performing financial analytics to improve profitability, forecast performance, and guide strategic decisions. The salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 based on professional background and skill-set.
