Controller
Controller ? Broad Leadership Role (Accounting + Operations)I?m partnering with a growing $30M construction company to hire a Controller who will take ownership of the accounting function while also overseeing select HR compliance and administrative processes.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Controller or strong Assistant Controller who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a trusted right hand to ownership.

ll be doing:
- Own month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
- Oversee AP/AR functions and day-to-day accounting operations
- Help improve processes, controls, and systems
- Provide oversight of HR compliance, personnel processes, and documentation (with internal support already in place)

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years experience
- Controller or Assistant Controller ready to step up
- Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment
- Background in construction, property management, or project-based accounting is a plus
- Someone comfortable being hands-on and owning multiple areas of the business
