Robert Half has partnered with an established manufacturer to locate a Financial Controller for a full-time position with benefits. The ideal FP&A Controller candidate will have the following skills and experience:10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience including manufacturing industry.
FP&A skillsLeadership experience to manage 10 people including a few managersFinancial Modeling, Reporting/AnalysisCost Management - marginsSOXERP ImplementationProcess/workflow improvementAdvanced Excel Willing to work on-site M-FBachelor's or Masters in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
