ASAP Northern Light Health is seeking a Vice President of Finance for Eastern Maine Medical Center (EMMC), its flagship tertiary medical center in Bangor, Maine. This senior finance leader will partner with executive, clinical, physician, and operational teams to improve performance, support strategic decisions, and advance long-term sustainability. Responsibilities Serve as the senior finance executive for EMMC within a matrixed health system environment, reporting jointly to the System CFO and the President of EMMC. Lead financial performance improvement initiatives and translate data into actionable insights across the organization. Partner with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Provide financial guidance that supports strategic decisions and long-term sustainability. Influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization to drive measurable results. Qualifications Significant healthcare finance leadership experience. Track record of improving performance in complex healthcare environments. Strong ability to influence across a matrixed organization. Excellent partnership skills with operational and clinical leaders.
