You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Lead controlling for business units, regions, or corporate functions Perform target vs. actual, profitability, margin, and cost analyses (HR, inventory, warranty) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Drive forecasting, budgeting, and corporate planning processes Develop financial models, scenario, and sensitivity analyses Evaluate projects, products, locations, and strategic initiatives Identify financial risks and opportunities and support decision-making Lead process improvements and participate in international projects This is what you bring to us: University degree or Extensive experience in controlling within a complex, international environment Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability analysis Proven track record in cost controlling, margin optimization, and project evaluation Deep knowledge of risk management, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis Experience in warranty, inventory, and HR controlling Advanced SAP (FI/CO), HFM, and MS Excel skills Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Competitive pay: Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid sick time 401k with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
