Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize finance processes, systems, and operating models. In this senior leadership role, you will partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions that support growth, efficiency, and a more data-driven Finance function. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance leadership to define, prioritize, and execute the finance transformation roadmap across the organization. Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, governance structures, reporting cadence, and decision-making frameworks. Serve as a subject matter expert across core finance processes, including FP&A, accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance alignment. Advise on future-state operating models, process redesign, automation opportunities, systems enablement, and scalable solution design. Collaborate with IT, Operations, Commercial, and global business teams to drive alignment, adoption, and value realization. Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and implementation readiness. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional credential preferred. 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance transformation, business transformation, or related roles. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization. Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, controls, reporting, and operational best practices. Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions with measurable outcomes. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and program delivery skills.
