This pivotal role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while collaborating closely with project teams to support strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting experience, operational mindset, leadership capability, and the ability to partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement. Duties Manage all accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure projects stay within financial targets. Supervise accounting staff and support team development Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and labor Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing finance and accounting practices. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency. Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Cost accounting and inventory experience required Experience in a privately held manufacturing environment preferred Strong ERP and Excel skills CPA or CMA preferred but not required Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
