Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Maintain and reconcile customer accounts within QuickBooks Process incoming payments and invoices Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Accounts Payable Oversee weekly payment processing Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy Manage cash flow and maintain awareness of financial position Payroll Run biweekly payroll for both hourly and salaried staff Work within ADP (partially automated) Enter timekeeping data and applicable adjustments such as PTO and overtime HR Support Handle employee PTO tracking and requests Assist with benefits coordination and communication with insurance providers Provide general HR assistance alongside leadership

Qualifications Required:

Background in a small business setting rather than strictly large corporate environments Experience managing accounting functions independently (sole accounting role) Ability to oversee the full accounting cycle with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred:
