Job Description

Our client, a highly respected global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Finance Director to join its leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic Finance Director professional who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and business transformation.

The Finance Director will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives designed to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, optimize operations, and support long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with proven project management experience leading complex global transformation initiatives across multiple business units and geographies. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a growing global organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic financial and operational initiativesLead large-scale transformation projects focused on process improvement, systems optimization, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellenceManage cross-functional project teams across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and commercial functionsDrive global standardization of financial processes, reporting, controls, and performance metricsSupport enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activitiesDevelop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic investments and operational initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, productivity, and operational performanceDeliver executive-level presentations and updates regarding project milestones, risks, and expected outcomesCollaborate with regional and international finance teams to align financial objectives and best practicesChampion change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of key initiativesFor immediate consideration call Jimmy Tunney at 517-657-8054.
