Education:

Business degree with emphasis in Accounting. CPA preferred.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well with others in small office environment Ability to prioritize effectively Very proficient with computers and in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledgeable experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of company financial activity Prepare monthly financial statements for management and lender reviews Experience in international business practices Knowledge of financial and tax related standards and preparation Oversee financial reporting system and develop improvements as needed Oversee and manage accounting staff Other duties as assigned •The above description is intended to give a general idea of the work that will be performed.
