Administrative Controller (Office Operations & Financial Control)

We are seeking a high-level Administrative Controller to oversee the internal administrative and financial systems of a growing service organization. This role is not dispatch and not sales.

This role owns:

financial accuracy administrative execution internal operational support Core Responsibilities Own Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections discipline Manage payroll accuracy and reporting integrity Maintain clean financial data (QuickBooks + reporting systems) Oversee HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance) Ensure CRM and system data accuracy across all departments Support leadership with reporting, not decision-making Maintain administrative workflows and internal coordination What This Role Does NOT Do Does NOT dispatch technicians Does NOT control scheduling Does NOT manage field production Does NOT override operations Success Metrics (Non-Negotiable) AR days outstanding Payroll accuracy = 100% Clean financial reporting weekly Zero data gaps in CRM / systems Administrative tasks executed without delay Ideal Candidate High accountability, low emotion Strong financial discipline mindset Organized, structured, process-driven Comfortable with ownership (not direction-dependent) Compensation $60,000-$80,000 base Performance incentives tied to accuracy + execution
