Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to oversee financial operations within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, manage cost accounting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis that improves operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls Partner with operations leadership to improve plant performance Supervise accounting staff and provide financial guidance to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in manufacturing Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred Join a growing manufacturing organization where you'll play a key role in driving financial and operational success.
