Plant Controller

As part of this exciting momentum, we're looking for a Plant Controller to join our Hazelwood, MO team and help shape the financial foundation of our newest operation. This is more than just an accounting role. It's an opportunity to partner directly with leadership, bring strategic insights to life, and influence decision-making in a high-growth environment. You'll report to the CFO of the business unit and work closely with the COO of the Hazelwood plant, making this a highly visible and cross-functional role. What You'll Do Be the financial backbone of the plant: Own and enhance financial reporting processes, internal controls, and decision-making tools. Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide operations and support strategic initiatives.

Drive operational and reporting excellence:

Lead continuous improvements in financial systems, tools, and workflows. Support monthly and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Champion accuracy and transparency:

Analyze and reconcile accounts, ensure ledger integrity, and manage intercompany transactions. Prepare reporting packages and support external audits with precision and professionalism.

Lead through partnership:

Collaborate across teams from finance and operations to leadership to improve efficiency, solve challenges, and drive results. Be a trusted advisor to plant and business leaders. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or 1-2 years in public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred) Solid understanding of plant accounting and cost analysis Strong systems experience, knowledge of Plex and Power BI is a plus Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
