Based on Experience We are partnering with a multiple site manufacturer to staff a Controller position at their $30M Kansas City, MO plant location. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management oversight, and leading the accounting team to support company growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting experience, analytical skills, and leadership ability. Controller Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting and budgeting Lead, manage, and develop accounting staff Review journal entries and ensure accurate financial statement preparation Analyze financial statements and prepare special financial reports Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable accuracy Evaluate credit applications and manage collection efforts Ensure compliance with financial audits and internal controls Support management with additional accounting and financial projects as needed Requirements for

Controller:
