As we continue to expand our business and strengthen our market position, we are seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President (EVP) to join our executive leadership team and help guide the organization's strategic growth and operational success. Position Overview The Executive Vice President (EVP) serves as a senior member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for supporting corporate strategy, business growth initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational performance. Working closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and other senior leaders, the EVP will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term vision, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring sustainable business success. The successful candidate will provide leadership across multiple business functions, drive operational improvements, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support key business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Lead and oversee cross-functional operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Monitor business performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across departments.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, operational optimization, and revenue growth.
- Support strategic planning, organizational development, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, investors, business partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen business relationships and support company objectives.
- Drive organizational change management efforts and promote a high-performance culture.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation decisions.
- Evaluate business risks and develop strategies to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Mentor and develop leadership teams while fostering employee engagement and professional growth.
- Ensure operational excellence, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, operational improvement, and organizational success.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship management, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex business initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations. Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Executive MBA, or other advanced business-related qualifications.
- Experience within private equity-backed companies, investment management, financial services, or large corporate organizations.
