This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions, while also contributing to long-term strategic planning and business growth. If you are a hands-on finance leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and financial analysis Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Monitor cash flow and manage working capital and debt Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and reporting requirements Manage and enhance financial controls, systems, and processes Review contracts for financial implications and risk Provide financial insights for pricing, capital investments, and negotiations Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, including long-range planning and M&A Identify and implement profit improvement opportunities Partner with leadership to drive business strategy and performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 10+ years of financial management experience 5+ years in a manufacturing environment MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred Strong knowledge of ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) SkillsCompetencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and team management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective communicator with strong presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
