Rizzo@roberthalf.c0mThe Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely insights to support decision-making. This role requires both hands-on execution and the ability to improve processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accountingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsLead the month-end and year-end close processesMaintain and improve cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysisAnalyze manufacturing costs, margins, and operational performanceDevelop budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsEnsure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulationsManage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controlsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other partnersIdentify and implement process improvements, including ERP and reporting enhancementsProvide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff (if applicable)
