Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a product-based manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support continued growth. This role reports to the VP of Finance and is viewed as a potential successor position. Key Responsibilities Lead a fast-paced three-day monthly close Oversee journal entries, variance analysis, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Manage AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets onsite Partner with operations on productivity and cost analysis Support standard costing and guide cost accounting activities Develop and mentor the accounting team Serve as the finance lead for ERP implementation and optimization Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum three years of people leadership experience Strong manufacturing accounting and standard costing background Product-based manufacturing experience required ERP implementation experience preferred (Oracle EBS; Infor Sightline a plus) Fast-paced, hands-on leadership style with strong ownership of P&L and balance sheet Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy
Pay Details:
