What You Will Do:

Manage plant accounting processes Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and planning Maintain standard costs and bills of materials Oversee physical inventory, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution costs, and inventory variances Participate in daily and weekly cross-functional production meetings Support internal control enhancements and asset protection Supervise front office administrative activities

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting 5 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of GAAP Experience with ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments Knowledge of standard cost systems Experience verifying production processes and performing plant walkthroughs Location Maxton, North Carolina Full-Time.
