Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Mooresville, North Carolina. This role involves managing document control processes, overseeing scanning operations, and ensuring the accurate compilation of records. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Oversee document control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Manage the scanning and digitization of physical documents into electronic formats. Ensure all scanned documents are properly categorized and stored for easy retrieval. Maintain the integrity and security of sensitive records and information. Compile and organize documentation to support operational and reporting needs. Collaborate with team members to refine document management workflows. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in document handling and storage. Monitor the quality of scanned files and address any issues promptly. Provide training or guidance to staff on document control procedures, as needed. Proven experience in document control or related fields. Proficiency in document scanning software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
