Position:

Treasury Management Director Location:

Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota;

Madison, WisconsinKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the Banks treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectives and identifying market opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.

Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annual production goals and providing strategic leadership to drive performance.

Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasury clients by proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities.

Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee income generation through effective client presentations, solution consultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to treasury revenue to support the Banks financial objectives.

Qualifications:

7+ years of banking experience with at least 3-5 years in Treasury Management or Cash ManagementBachelors degree in business, finance, or related field.

Demonstrated success in revenue production and deposit growthManagement experience preferredExcellent relationship building and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of treasury products
