This is a cross-functional leadership opportunity where finance connects directly to operations, supply chain, and long-term strategy. You'll report directly to the CFO, serve on the Executive Team, and help shape the company's future. What You'll Own This role carries broad enterprise responsibility, including: Leading the full accounting function Oversight of Treasury Procurement and distribution center leadership Tax oversight in partnership with external advisors Internal controls and compliance, SOX experience strongly preferred Executive-level financial reporting and technical accounting matters Driving enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strengthening close timelines, data integrity, and cross-functional visibility Partnering closely with FP&A to connect cash flow, forecasting, and operational strategy The Leader They're Looking For This organization needs more than technical brilliance — they need presence, perspective, and above all, people leadership.

Must-Haves:

CPA required Deep expertise in US GAAP Strong technical accounting research background Executive-level leadership over accounting (treasury and procurement oversight is a strong plus) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
