Onsite Healthcare Financial Controller Currently looking for a Financial Controller to lead the financial operations for a Healthcare facility. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field required. Experience in Healthcare financial management, with experience supporting regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and external audits, is also required. This is an onsite position. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in hospital financial management required
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Experience working with external auditors

- Critical Access Hospital experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Controller:
- Supervise accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting staff
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
- Support year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Conduct financial variance analysis and partner with department leaders
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
- Oversee preparation of Medicare Cost Reports, Disproportionate (DSH) audits, and Form 990 filings
- Monitor financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement structures
- Support financial forecasting and performance analysis.
