• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 3-5 years of experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and accounting software experience (Foundation is a plus)
• Knowledge of/experience with GAAP, regulatory requirements, financial reporting, taxation, payroll, and audit preparation
• Experience administering HR policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits you will receive as the

Controller:

• $85K-$100K/year, depending on experience, plus bonus and profit sharing
• Direct-hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits For the Controller position your duties will include:
• Manage all financial and accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll, journal entries, monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes, account reconciliation, tax and compliance reporting, audit coordination, job costing, forecasting, and financial statement preparation)
• Administer full-cycle human resources activities (recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, etc.)
• Manage insurance requirements and renewals
• Assist in purchasing assets for operations
• Work with leadership to foster a safe, productive work environment and ensure regulatory compliance
