Job DescriptionJob Description Financial Controller Fairfield, NJ (Onsite) Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial operations across our manufacturing business. This role oversees US GAAP reporting, tax compliance, payroll, and provides strategic financial insights to executive leadership. What You'll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting (US GAAP) Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close Oversee AP/AR, cash management, and banking relationships Ensure federal (IRS) and NJ state tax compliance Administer multi-state payroll (W-2s, commissions, withholdings) Drive inventory costing and manufacturing variance analysis Support audits, internal controls (SOX), and financial governance Provide financial insights to support business decisions What We're Looking For Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is required CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years minimum of US GAAP accounting/financial management experience Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations Background in manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments preferred Key Skills Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting expertise Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Payroll systems experience (ADP, Paychex, Gusto) Knowledge of SOX 404/internal controls is a plus Additional Information Exempt, salaried position

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Opportunity to oversee accounting/payroll staff
