Dealership Controller

Established dealer group in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting Department. This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the financial statements, the condition of the schedules, and providing clear, timely information to ownership and operations. We are looking for someone who understands dealership accounting, takes ownership, and has a consistent track record of maintaining accurate financial statements and clean, fully reconciled schedules.

Key responsibilities:

produce and review monthly financial statements for multiple franchises maintain clean, current schedules and a controlled general ledger review DOC and operating reports for accuracy and trends communicate financial results and issues to ownership and General Managers support department managers with timely, useful reporting implement and maintain strong internal controls identify process improvements and improve efficiency across departments assist with budgeting and forecasting ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements manage

Accounting Staff Qualifications:

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
