Job Summary:

The Controller II of Finance provides enterprise-wide leadership over financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning. This role has authority across all finance functions and works closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making. The Controller II of Finance also provides supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.

What You Will Do:

Lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Develop and oversee financial models, projections, and variance analyses to support executive and Board decision-making Maintain authority and oversight across all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle operations Provide supervisory oversight of Billing and Revenue Cycle functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursement Monitor reimbursement trends, payer performance, cash flow, and revenue optimization strategies Collaborate with executive leadership to assess financial risk, sustainability, and growth opportunities Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and county regulations, contracts, and reporting requirements Prepare and oversee financial reports, statistics, and analyses for leadership, Board committees, and external stakeholders What We Need to

See:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience One to three years of experience in most or all of the following areas: Budgeting and financial management Strategic planning Compliance and regulatory oversight Revenue cycle or billing operation Don't believe you meet all the preferred requirements?
