Job Description:

Vice President, Fund Finance | NYC | Alternative Credit Mission Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing next-generation alternative asset manager focused on providing structured financing solutions to innovative, high-growth businesses across credit, hybrid, and venture strategies. We are seeking a Vice President, Fund Finance to join the New York team in a highly visible role supporting senior leadership and helping oversee core finance operations across the firm's investment platform.

What You'll Do:

Partner directly with senior leadership across fund accounting, treasury, operations, and investor reporting Oversee monthly / quarterly reporting across multiple investment vehicles and coordinate with third-party administrators Manage relationships with auditors, tax providers, and external service partners Support capital activity including capital calls, distributions, liquidity planning, and lender reporting Drive process improvements, controls enhancements, and scalable reporting infrastructure Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, and Investment teams Mentor and help develop junior team members while helping build best-in-class finance infrastructure

Compensation:

Up to $200K base / $250K+ total comp

Ideal Background:

• 6+ Years of fund finance / fund accounting experience
• Experience with both open-end and closed-end fund structures required
• Credit fund exposure strongly preferred
• Experience within alternative asset management platforms (no straight public accounting profiles)
