The Senior Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, treasury management, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on financial leader who can drive operational improvements, support executive decision-making, and build scalable financial processes that support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and forecasting initiatives Lead corporate accounting, treasury operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions Oversee enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization Develop and enhance financial systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and operational efficiency Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, forecasts, management reports, and KPI analysis Lead budgeting and financial planning processes aligned with organizational objectives Manage internal and external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements Maintain compliance with GAAP and all financial regulations Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team Evaluate and improve ERP systems, accounting platforms, and financial reporting tools Maintain and improve SOPs across accounting and finance functions Preferred Experience ERP/accounting systems such as AS400, McLeod, Procede, ADaM, or Great Plains Industry experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, dealership operations, or similar sectors Multi-entity and/or multi-national financial operations experience Why Join This Opportunity?
