New Mexico , Los Lunas Job Description Controller needed to take ownership of financial operations and provide clear, accurate insight into the business. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing reporting, controls, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, job costing) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes Track project/job costs and profitability Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulations Partner with leadership to support business decisions with financial data

Qualifications:

Controller or senior accounting experience Background in manufacturing or construction/steel erection required Strong knowledge of job costing and cost accounting Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.
