Las Vegas, NV Job Details 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused professional to support finance and billing operations within a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. In this role, you will help ensure accurate deal processing, compliance with internal procedures, and a smooth experience for both customers and team members. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, financial accuracy, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of retail and lease deal documents. Support finance operations by verifying accuracy of contracts, funding packages, and related paperwork. Ensure billing, titling, and registration documents are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and title teams to resolve discrepancies and complete transactions. Maintain compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations. Review deal files for completeness and correct any missing or inaccurate information. Prepare and track payoff, lien, and funding documentation as needed. Assist with audits, reporting, and document retention processes. Provide professional support to customers and internal team members regarding billing and finance-related questions. Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive dealership finance, billing, accounting, or related administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, or similar business software preferred. Understanding of dealership deal structures, funding processes, titling, or registration procedures is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
