We believe in giving our people real ownership and visibility into the business. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead our accounting function and partner directly with our leadership team. This is a hands-on role with real impact — you will own the close process, lead a small team, and help drive financial decisions across the organization.

You Should Have:

8+ years of progressive accounting experience At least 2 years in an Accounting Manager or Controller role Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience Experience managing a team and owning month-end close Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar CPA preferred but not required

What We Offer:

$110,000 - $140,000 base salary depending on experience Performance bonus Flexible PTO Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match
