Position Vice President, Ticketing Description AREA15 is an immersive entertainment and event destination that blends art and music in a dynamic environment. The Vice President of Ticketing is responsible for leading and scaling AREA15's ticketing and brokerage division, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing commercial engine that maximizes the value of AREA15's audience and platform. This role carries full P&L ownership and is instrumental in shaping ticketing strategy, bundle development, distribution channels, and partner relationships across both on-campus and city-wide experiences. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership position focused on building new revenue streams, launching innovative products, and expanding AREA15's presence within the Las Vegas entertainment ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Full revenue and contribution margin accountability for the ticketing and brokerage division Own the financial model, forecast, and weekly operating metrics Report to the President with a regular cadence
  • this is a run-like-a-business division, not a department Design and evolve the bundle portfolio
  • Zone 1, Zone 2, A15 Pass, and city-wide combinations Work collaboratively with experience owners and the President on bundle pricing
  • this VP shapes strategy and brings data, not unilateral control Identify new bundle opportunities that increase conversion and revenue per visitor Ensure bundle architecture is simple enough to sell and compelling enough to convert Own and grow all channels through which AREA15 tickets, passes, and bundles are sold: AREA15.
com, on-property, hotel concierge, OTA and affiliate partners, group and corporate The hotel and resort concierge network is the highest-volume referral channel in Las Vegas and a primary growth target Develop the corporate and group sales channel
  • conventions, incentive groups, and entertainment buyers are an underserved, high-margin segment Manage all distribution partner agreements
  • ensure channel economics are sound and transaction ownership stays with AREA15 Activate and structure the existing portfolio of 15-20 Las Vegas experience partner relationships Ensure every partner agreement routes transactions through the AREA15 platform
  • data ownership is non-negotiable Build partner success processes: onboarding, performance tracking, and commercial optimization Identify new brokerage opportunities as the city-wide platform scales Hire and lead a lean, high-performance team across channel sales, partner success, analytics, and operations Build a culture of commercial accountability

  • the goal is a small team with outsized results Work closely with the CTO's team as the commercial client for all platform and technology decisions Use data to make decisions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations. 8-12+ years of experience in ticketing, brokerage, distribution, travel, or entertainment commerce Proven experience with P&L ownership and revenue accountability Demonstrated success building or scaling a business or business line Strong relationship-building and deal-making skills Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decisions Technology-forward approach, with comfort leveraging tools and AI to improve performance Experience in the Las Vegas market with established industry relationships Background in multi-attraction passes, OTA distribution, or experience brokerage Experience structuring commercial agreements with distribution and data ownership considerations Experience working closely with technology teams as a commercial stakeholder Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
