This is not a "learn as you go" position. We're looking for someone who can walk in and produce immediately—desk deals, hold gross, maximize backend, lead a sales team, and make an immediate impact. If you are not currently producing in F&I or desking deals, this is not the position for you. Responsibilities Structure and desk retail deals Work directly with prime and subprime lenders Maximize backend gross (VSC, GAP, and ancillary products) Ensure deals are funded accurately and efficiently TO customers and assist in closing deals Hold front-end gross while maintaining a great customer experience Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable Maintain compliance and deal integrity Continuously improve dealership performance and profitability Minimum Performance Expectations We don't guess. We measure. 50%+ VSC penetration 50%+ GAP penetration Strong and consistent backend gross per copy Ability to structure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction If you don't know your numbers, you are not a fit. What We're Looking For Proven Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I Manager experience Strong understanding of lender guidelines and deal structure Experience with both prime and subprime financing Someone who leads by example High accountability with minimal supervision Competitive, professional, and ethical A leader who wants to help build a dealership—not just collect a paycheck This Position Is NOT For You If You...
