Director of Finance

Help expand opportunities and meaningful experiences for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by leading the financial operations that make our mission possible. We are seeking a Director of Finance to guide budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial strategy while supporting a dedicated team. This role offers the competitive salary of $90,000-$95,000. What You'll Do Oversee daily financial operations with accuracy and integrity Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance Support program leaders to ensure resources strengthen services Supervisor and mentor Business Office staff Manage cash flow, billing, collections, and key financial processes Contribute to strategic planning that advances our mission What You Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting Leadership experience preferred Why It Matters Your work ensures our programs remain strong, sustainable, and ready to create more opportunities for the people we support.
