- Have we met? - YouTube What the Ideal Candidate will do: Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and KPIs for executive leadership. Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights. Oversee all cost accounting and inventory accounting functions, including standard costing, inventory valuation, reconciliations, and working capital metrics (inventory turnover, AR/AP, cash flow). Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to analyze cost drivers, improve controls, and drive efficiency and profitability. Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting and serve as primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and compliance. US Person. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards. Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. Audit experience, including internal and external audits Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver clear financial insights. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Strong communication and computer skills. Advance skills in Excel required. Experience with ERP/MRP system is a plus, SAP preferred.
